Sign in to your Azure portal with the account that is subscribed to QuotaGuard.
From Azure Portal, open the “All resources” view where get a sortable/filterable list of all of your resources.
Find the “Quota Guard” subscription in that list, select it via the checkbox on that line-item.
Click the Delete button at the top of the “All resources” view.
