If you need some detailed logging beyond the scope provided in your QuotaGuard Dashboard, please click "Log Request" in the admin panel or open a ticket with us and share what level of detail you need, the date range, and any other information that might help us get you the right logs for your questions.

 

We can usually pull the right information for you within a few hours and send them to you via the Support system email. If you need a secure transfer of the logs, we can also do that for you too.
